Calling All Entrepreneurs! 

We started at a farmer's market. Our mission is clean, convenient energy without compromise. 

Patterbar was born in 2018 to provide 100% whole food bars with no sweeteners and nothing made in a lab: ingredients you can recognize and find in a grocery store. Each one of our ingredients is carefully and intentionally sourced for its purity: our cherries have no juice or sugar or oil and come from a cooperative farm in Michigan. Our blueberries have no juice, sugar or oil, and are from a family farm in Oregon. We use only Medjool dates from the Coachella Valley in  California. We don’t use lemon flavor or lemon oil, we use real lemon zest. 

When we say Patterbars are just food, we mean it. Every single ingredient in our bar is 100% whole food. You will never find fillers, binders, preservatives, sweeteners, or "natural flavors" in our bars. There is nothing processed, and no ingredient is chemically altered from its natural state. We believe that things like sunflower lecithin and tapioca starch don't belong in a truly whole food bar. They aren't whole food. We do believe that date paste, fruits, and nuts belong. Just as nature intended, with all the benefits of whole food intact. We are committed to 100% transparency for our ingredients and dedicated to quality and taste.

All of this attention to pure, unadulterated, whole food ingredients results in a bar that is delicious and actually tastes like real food. There are many bars out there, but none that can claim the same level of taste and whole food ingredients. 

We have grown since 2018, but we still make the bars exactly as Patter did when she made them for her children, just with bigger machines! No processing agents like soy lecithin, no fillers or binders: just whole food, mixed together, pressed flat, and cut into bars.

We know there are like-minded people out there, who not only believe the same thing but want to share this with others. And we want to bring Patterbars to farmer’s markets throughout the country. We have created a program that will get you started and provide you with the necessary tools and support to start your own market stand.
