Patter’s family and friends have always reaped the benefits of her talents as a classically trained chef, but it was when her athletic son-in-law, Connor, suggested that Patter’s abilities be shared on a much larger scale, that Patterbar was born. Thanks to an extraordinary local Colorado reception at the 2017 Cherry Creek Farmer’s Market and the 2018 South Pearl Street Farmer’s Market, Patterbar has found its way into the hearts and homes of real, whole food lovers everywhere.

Good food doesn’t need to be complicated. Patter has dedicated her life to the pursuit of excellence in the culinary arts; with Patterbar we are on a mission to make great food accessible to all.
Above all, we believe in real, whole food. Consuming a well-balanced diet of healthful fats, proteins, and carbohydrates is essential. And the best way to do that is through a diet of unprocessed whole foods. We are unwilling to compromise with our ingredients, because we need the best to make the best. The market for energy bars may be over-saturated, but we aren't just another energy bar. At Patterbar, we believe that food shouldn't just be fuel, it should be as much about exciting and nourishing your spirit, as it should be about satisfying your senses.

We believe the only way to produce real food with real flavor, is to do it by hand. Patterbars are handcrafted and made in small batches: Patter and her team of culinary students spend their days in the kitchen.
We do everything ourselves: roast, grate, chop, cut, package, all of it.
